We do not generally accept returns; however if an item is faulty please contact us immediately at email@example.com, as customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt for another size, colour or item. If there is a difference in cost the customer will be contacted directly via email.
Exchanges will only be accepted if:
• Items are in saleable condition; in their original packaging and all tags attached.
• Items have NOT been worn, damaged or washed.
