Shipping fee is a $10 flat rate
applied at checkout. We use Standard
Parcel Post through Australia Post, which includes tracking.
For delivery within NSW, please
allow 2-5 business days. For delivery interstate please allow up to 3-6
business days depending on lodgment and destination points.
We offer free standard shipping
for all orders over $100 [Australian customers only]. Use the discount code
SHIPIT at checkout to remove shipping fee.
LOCAL PICKUP:
We are based in Newcastle, NSW
Australia. If you would like to save on shipping you are welcome to collect
your order in person. Use the discount code PICKUP at checkout to remove
shipping fee. Once your order is received we will contact you to arrange a
collection time.
INTERNATIONAL:
We ship to New Zealand, United
States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden, China,
Japan and Malaysia.
Shipping fees vary depending on
destination country [$20 - $30 AUD].
Please allow 5-10 business days to
receive your parcel, once lodged. These are standard delivery times and exclude
public holidays (unless otherwise indicated) and time in customs if applicable,
and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.
A tracking number will be sent to
you once your parcel has been lodged so that you can track the delivery of your
goods. Signature on delivery is not an option so please ensure all delivery
premises are secure.
Unfortunately kindje cannot be
held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be
enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact
